Hey everybody!!

Hey everybody, I'm feeling better! I've gained 12 pounds, the wound on my bottom has healed and the blood clots are gone so I don't have to take Coumidin anymore. I made it through church today without being suctioned:)
My teacher is coming on Wednesday and Friday this week. She leaves me a lot of work during the week.
I went duck hunting on Saturday. We killed 26 ducks. I shot 3 of them!
Can you believe Eli is still in the playoffs and Peyton lost? I hope New England goes undefeated.
I'm going to sit with my 98 year old great grandmother tomorrow. She is staying at Jean-Jean's house.
I hope you have a nice week.
Thanks for blogging and keep praying,
Daniel Man

Hey, Daniel and family

I'm now in Philly and getting to know CHOP. It's nice, but I miss Cincy and the TCC. It's pretty cold here and it's already snowed three times in less than two weeks, though nothing really stuck. Lots more traffic here and the hospital is bigger. The floor I'm on is about the same size and has about the same type of patients as TCC. I hope things are going well for you. It sounds like you had fun duck hunting again. Say hello to everyone for me when you go in on the 5th! Good luck Daniel and you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Hello. I have been thinking a lot about you lately. I hope you are doing well. I will have to call your mom and come out and visit one afternoon. I am going to go duck hunting for the first time, this weekend. We are going with Bill and Jessica to the club or Alamo. I am clueless, just tagging along to see what all the excitement is about. I hope to get to see some eagles. That will make my trip! I played hooky from church last Sunday and will this Sunday too. Have you been getting out much in all this cold weather? I sure would love to get a big snow. Jacob wore his PJs inside out to sleep in tonight. That is supposed to bring a snow according to one of his teachers at school. I guess we will see in the morning. Come and see us if you are at Angela's anytime soon. When do you go back to the hosipital? Take care. Love you- Julie

Daniel I apologize that I haven't checked your blog for a while, but it sounds like you're doing pretty well and I'm happy to hear that you've been able to go hunting. That's awesome!!!! I read the letter about you being the inspiration for the Doc who ran the marathon. I think that's a great compliment and a tribute to the "grit"& character & faith that you've displayed in all that you've been through and continue to go through. I am so very proud to know you & your family. Keep the faith and prayers continue for you and your family.
