No snoring please!

Hey everybody, I've had a good day. They changed my 8mm trach to a 7mm and it works better. I have enough air flow to cough and try to clear my airway. Dad is doing his 24 hour stay tonight. Dad, Mom and I went to the teen room for Bingo. They had pretty good prizes. I won a Texas cap and UT cap. Mom and Jean-Jean are going to the hotel tonight. I hope Dad doesn't snore:)

Daniel, what I want to know is: Did your dad snore and wake you up? Glad to hear that you are feeling better. We will all be happy when you get home. So many people are calling and emailing me to check on you.
Everybody loves you Daniel Man. Once you return, there must be a PARTY just to welcome you and the rest of your family back to your wonderful home.
Love you, Big Russell & Barbara

Good Evening, I had to stay overnight at the hospital last night. My O2 stats would not come up to where they needed to be. I got home today about 2:00. I feel fine, except for the fact that my stomach feels like I have done about a 1000 sit-ups!! The doctor said my gallstone was the size of a golfball. He had to make the hole larger to get it out. I am glad to be home after one night. I can only imagine how you feel after going on 15 weeks. I have prayed for your dad already and will again that he made it through his 24 hours Ok. I am glad the new tube is better for you. Keep on getting better and I bet you will be home by next week. Debbie Temple brought us supper tonight. She is so sweet. I feel so blessed to be a part of Epworth. I have made some incredible friends there and they all love you so. Your grandfather called last night to check on me. He was so sweet to do that. Tell everyone I am doing OK. I cannot wait to see you and your mom.
Love you. Julie Fast

Hey everybody, Dad made it! He did his 24 hours and he was out of here. Mom and Dad started packing up my room so I know the time to leave is just around the corner. I have a Vanderbilt home nurse for Mon.-Wed. right now. The Mutz family sent me a video of friends from school and a couple of football games. I had fun watching them. Our preacher, Brother Chip visited this week and brought me a video the church had made. I can't wait to see everyone! I can't wait to go hunting!!!! Dad said Mom may have to go the first few times to help so he was getting her some boots. I know she can't wait:) Poor Mom is so out-numbered.
